Plant Truth. Root Your Identity. Rise in your worth.

No matter your past or the stories that have shaped you, God can grow a new story in you. Whether you’ve carried invisible expectations, wrestled with imposter feelings, or grown up in the wake of loss, there is hope. Through the Planting Truth Pathway- Grieve, Grace, Grow, Go- you’ll discover your identity, your worth, and the light of Christ. When truth takes root in your heart, freedom blossoms. People-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-judgment lose their hold, and you step boldly into the life He created you to live. You’re seen, you’re loved, and you’re meant to shine.

It is hard to see your own worth when you're constantly striving, wrestling with imposter feelings, or quietly trying to be the strong one for everyone else. When we believe the lies of the enemy, we lose sight of who we are in Christ - and the world misses out on the light He's placed inside us.

That's why I walk women through the Planting Truth Pathway- a simple, Spirit-led framework to help you nurture God's Word in your life and see His freedom take root. Learn to center God in your thinking, meet yourself with His love and compassion, and draw strength from Christ in every circumstance. You'll grow the faith and confidence to walk in the story He's written for you - no longer hidden, but fully alive.

You many not even call it “grief,” but you feel the weight of it every day. Maybe you’ve been:

Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm a lot like you.

A flawed human still trying to figure it all out.  I’ve been a people pleaser, a perfectionist, and felt like an imposter in my own life.  Born into a family still processing loss, I misconstrued that my sister had to die for me to live.  I didn’t know how to make sense of my feelings of guilt, shame, and confusion.  Life coaching helped me overcome the  self-criticism, fear of being seen, and need to prove my own worth.  I have learned no matter what struggles come my way, the story I tell myself matters, my thoughts matter, I matter.   NO. MATTER. WHAT.  The same is true for you.  Life coaching changed my life.  Let it change yours.

I have a masters in Speech-Language Pathology, a minor in Psychology, experience as an Executive Function Coach, and an overall love of everything brain science.  I am a certified Life Coach with The Life Coach School.  Most importantly I’m a child of God, wife, mom, and a woman trying to figure out how to realize, practice, and remember my worth in this world each and every day.  I’d be honored to share my work with you.

Here's what clients say about me

"I had the pleasure/honor of working with Lauren Fillios as a life coach. It was and continues to be an amazing experience- let me explain. I was referred to Lauren by a friend after a life incident that put me in a tailspin. She was able to quickly and accurately assess what was going on and then gave me the tools to handle that particular situation. Because of the instant relief, I continued to work with Lauren on more systemic issues and she continued to impress. She was able to truly gift me life skills to handle my thoughts and feelings and the actions they create. I feel empowered to live my life with her teachings and coaching skills and can bring those skills forward whenever there is need to understand how to handle well, pretty much everything. I cannot say enough about Lauren’s skills, reverence, love and joy that she gives to her practice and I know that anybody that works with her will feel better instantly, and in the long run for doing so."

"Our relationship with Lauren goes back several years. We initially engaged her services through Beyond Booksmart, primarily as an executive function coach for our daughters. Almost immediately, our girls felt comfortable with her, and would eagerly anticipate their sessions with her. Lauren’s caring and gentle approach was able to pierce the resistance our daughters had shown to many other modalities of help. Lauren‘s cheerful personality allowed her to develop instant rapport. Her persistence and creativity in finding innovative solutions and techniques became the foundation on which a strong, lasting relationship was built. We, as a family, came to rely on her as a trusted and reliable resource, and a consistently positive influence on our children. She was able to get through to them, when few others had succeeded. I wholeheartedly recommend Lauren as a resource to families looking for life skills coaching and executive function support for their children."

"I had the pleasure of being coached by Lauren over several months during a time of transition for me and my family.  She had a warm and caring presentation while being curious and kindly challenging my ways of thinking; specifically ways that were no longer serving me.  She helped me to see that life is very rarely black or white, but rather lots of  "gray." She guided me towards a newfound appreciation for the moments of uncertainty and discomfort by reframing those times as opportunities for growth and learning.  Even though she was my coach, she made me feel like we were equals and traveling on our journeys side by side."
